We found Marsh Evans online. We own a home with a mortgage and saw an ad suggesting we could pay off our mortgage in 5 years. We had about 20 years to go at that time. We were highly sceptical about the ad, of course. Andrew came and met us at our home and stepped us through their investment system. He was lovely and never made us feel like he was trying to sell us anything. The system sounded interesting, we had to invest in more property but could then pay our mortgage off quicker. We continued to be sceptical though and went away and sat on it. We finally realised the only thing stopping us was our mindset and knew it was time to give it a go. We’ve always been scared about getting to our 50’s and having nothing behind us. We contacted Andrew and we got started. Mitch led us through the next stages. Fast forward to today, we’ve just settled on a second investment and we’re over the moon with the results so far. Our home’s mortgage is being paid off faster. The gents and Laura have been so easy to deal with, pleasant and understanding of our initial concerns and very knowledge on the areas and property. They are our partners now. Would highly recommend this. My husband and I highly recommend Mitch, from our first meeting with him, he was relaxed and confident and talked to us like he wanted to be our partner for a long time to come. There was no sales talk or BS. It was a little over our head at first but it became clear over time and we knew we wanted to invest and we trusted Mitch. The finance team created a structure so we could pay off our home quicker and invest more.
